Todo eso ocurre antes de que puedas pensar una sola palabra sobre lo que est\u00e1s viendo. Por eso la primera impresi\u00f3n \u2014los primeros segundos en una web, en un escaparate, en una reuni\u00f3n\u2014 pesa tanto m\u00e1s de lo que solemos creer: el cerebro ya ha decidido si conf\u00eda o no, mucho antes de leer el texto que has escrito con tanto cuidado.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:376;1731-2106\">Otro dato \u00fatil para cualquier negocio: <span style=\"color: #e8006f;\"><strong>el cerebro rastrea posibles amenazas o riesgos varias veces por segundo, de forma autom\u00e1tica.<\/strong><\/span> Aplicado a un negocio, esto explica por qu\u00e9 cualquier se\u00f1al de duda \u2014letra peque\u00f1a confusa, una web que tarda en cargar, un precio que no se entiende\u2014 activa una alarma silenciosa que frena la compra antes de que el cliente sepa por qu\u00e9 duda.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:46;2108-2153\">Las herramientas que usa el neuromarketing<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:295;2155-2449\">Tradicionalmente el neuromarketing se ha apoyado en tecnolog\u00eda de laboratorio: electroencefalograf\u00eda (EEG) para medir actividad cerebral, respuesta galv\u00e1nica de la piel (GSR) para medir activaci\u00f3n emocional,<span style=\"color: #e8006f;\"><strong> y eye tracking para saber exactamente d\u00f3nde se posan los ojos en un anuncio o una web.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:511;2451-2961\">La buena noticia es que hoy gran parte de esos principios se pueden aplicar sin laboratorio. Existen herramientas de eye tracking predictivo basadas en inteligencia artificial \u2014como Attention Insight\u2014 <span style=\"color: #e8006f;\"><strong>que analizan una web o un dise\u00f1o y predicen, con una fiabilidad de entre el 90 y el 96%,<\/strong> <\/span>d\u00f3nde se fijar\u00e1 realmente la atenci\u00f3n de un visitante. Eso permite tomar decisiones de dise\u00f1o y de mensaje basadas en c\u00f3mo funciona la atenci\u00f3n humana, sin necesitar una sala de pruebas ni un presupuesto de gran empresa.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:45;2963-3007\">Qu\u00e9 cambia cuando lo aplicas a tu negocio<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"25:1-25:108;3009-3116\">Aplicar neuromarketing no significa convertir tu marca en algo fr\u00edo y calculado.
